Gathering I

[Whisperbreeze]

{This is the first gathering of Hidden Warriors. All four clans will meet here in peace and any use of power is forbidden. Stone Island is a rock surrounded by trees in the middle of a shallow river. Four stone are erected on the sides of the island with each clan's symbol engrave in the rock. In the center of the rock island is a rasined up stone platform in which leaders sit. Now let the gathering begin}

*Whisperbreeze isn't here yet.*

[*Ravenstar]

Ravenstar padded from his Clans territory. He was the only cat in his clan so far, but he didn't seem to mind. He scrambled onto the top of the stone and took his place, waiting for other cats to assemble.

[Ravenkit]

Ravenkit padded out from Leafclan. She didn't know how she would not use her powers but she'd pull through. She knew that. "Hi Ravenstar!" She called.

[*Ravenstar]

"Hello, Ravenkit" Ravenstar purred at the young kit.

[*Nightpaw]

Nightpaw looked all around for Ravenkit. "Ravenkit!!! Come back! You know very well that your not supposed to run off alone!" He called, looking around the big Stone Island.

[*Ravenstar]

Ravenstar stiffled a small burp as he leapt down besides Ravenkit and sat in front of her.
"Why are you here alone?" he frowned, looking around. He heard Nightpaws voice.
"Nightpaw, she is alright. Come to the clearing!" he called.

[Whisperbreeze]

Whisperbreeze padded from the Emberclan's side of Stone Island. She sniffed the air and caught scents of Breezeclan and Leafclan. She snorted and continued on in. "Hello everyone," she said coldly.

[*Nightpaw]

As he trotted quickly to Ravenkit, he nodded to Whisperbreze, then stopped infront of Ravenstar. Dipping his head to the leader, he glanced at Ravenkit. The litle she-kit looked happy to be here. He grinned. "Well, be happy I found you know before Violetstar figured out you were gone." He icked the kit's ear.

[Ravenkit]

"Hey! I wasn't alone! Ravenstar was here." Ravenkit mewed.

[*Ravenstar]

Ravenstar returned the dip to Nightpaw.
"I would protect her if she got into trouble." Ravenstar said, he looked to Ravenkit. "I believe kits are not really meant to attend gatherings, no?"

[Whisperbreeze]

"Nor should leaders of other clan's feel responsible for another clan kit," Whisperbreeze stated in a matter-of-fact tone.

[*Ravenstar]

"A defenseless kit. I can not and will not let a kit get injured"

[Whisperbreeze]

"This kit isn't defenseless. It has powers just like the rest of us. Its own clan should be taking care of it." Whisperbreeze responded. "You don't see me going out of my way to make sure a kit is safe just because it wondered out of camp when it knows it not supposed to."

[*Ravenstar]

Ravenstar narrowed his eyes.
"I know the warrior code by heart, Whisperbreeze. I don't need telling what to do by another clans leader. Yeah, this kit may have powers, but she hasn't learned to fully control them yet and use them for both attack and defense" he growled.

[Whisperbreeze]

"Which is why it shouldn't be here and be under the care of its own clan," Whisperbreeze responded unemotionally.

[*Ravenstar]

s it wrong to protect another cat that would have difficulties looking after itself?" he didnt ask, but growled.

[Whisperbreeze]

Whisperbreeze rolled her eyes and took her place in the center of Stone Island. "Let the gathering begin!" she called out. "Emberclan is burning bright like the sun. We welcome two new apprentices to the clan, Burningpaw and Rainpaw. That is all."

[*Ravenstar]

Ravenstar noticed the leaders of other clans were not present but ignored it.
"BreezeClan is still thriving. We have plenty of prey" he yowled. 'but only one cat in it' he thought bitterly.

[Burningpaw]

Burningpaw held her head high when Whisperbreeze called out her name, swishing her tail self consciously with the knowlege that many cats would be looking at her right now.
She then listened to what the other leaders had to say.

[*Nightpaw]

Nightpaw sighed. Violetstar was not here today, and since she had not deputy, he was the one to go up. He padded to the rock, and with a mighty leap, fell gracefully ono the rock. He turned around, and, very fearful of heights, took a deep breath before calling out. ((Um, what season is it again? ~grins~))

[Whisperbreeze]

[Violetstar]

((Oh meh gosh. Sorry, guys! I've been SOOOOO busy lately. *headdesk* Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry!!))

[*Ravenstar]

((Guys, try not to Occ post, it gets sorta annoying...))

Ravenstar looked over the clearing, watching the cats movements with some interest.

[Ravenkit]

"I can defend my-self, thank you!" Ravenkit retorted to whisperbreeze. If it was not a gathering she would have torn whisperbreeze to shreds.

[Whisperbreeze]

Whisperbreeze looked at the kit. "That mouth with get you in trouble one day," she stated quietly glaring at the kit. The Emberclan leader could feel her fire power surging in her paws. Its a gathering...can't use it...
